- FHFynn HollowayMar 8, 20261.0They continously put milk in milk substitute drinks even when asked not to. They won't tell you they added the milk in there either. My wife didnt know until today and she is severely lactose intolerant. Shes been having severe stomach pains and didnt understand until today when she saw they added milk to the drink. Not to mention all their drinks are awful except when one man makes it. They are unreceptive and do not care about your order being correct. They also take forever at the drive thru as well. Fix your issues!

- NSN SFeb 7, 20261.0I'm done going to this location. They have a hard time making certain drinks. The frozen ones in particular. They put so much ice in that it feels like your drinking an ice slushy with a hint of coffee. I've had to go back and have them remake my drinks but who has time to do that every time! The manager was nice and had no problem remaking the drinks but the women who work the drive through have bad customer service and are more concern l with talking and playing around than how the customer wants their order. There's too many other way better Duncan Donuts than this one.
