The manager is not very friendly but she used to get my orders right. Now, after the sixth time they have gotten my order wrong, I am afraid I won’t be going back!

The employees knew less about their selection than we did, and more than once we had to repeat ourselves to the employee. The coffee took forever for some reason and the store was out of a bunch of donut flavors. This was on a Saturday or Sunday.
