  One of their staff members was incredibly rude. For starters, when going through the drive thru we were asked after every single item if we were done ordering. That alone would've been fine, but when going through the drive through I clearly ordered a banana protein latte. I don't really even care that they got it wrong, it's how they reacted when I asked if the drink was a banana protein latte when they handed it to me and it didn't look like one. She challenged me, and said "you said banana cloud latte". I told her "no, I didn't" to which she responded "Yes, you did!" in an agitated manner. I told her that I did not again, and she doubled down, getting even more hostile. I didn't even know that there was an item on the menu called a "banana cloud latte", so I couldn't have ordered something by mistake that I didn't even know existed. But, even if she was right the way she reacted and handled the whole situation was extremely inappropriate. When she finally brought the drink out, it was only about 3/4 of the way full, and I'm also pretty sure I asked for an extra shot of espresso (though to this I'm not positive), and I highly doubt it was in there. I'm not typically one to complain, but this was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin Donuts, and there is no excuse to talk to and treat people like this woman did.

  Stopped by for lunch and had a wonderful time. Everything we ordered was well-made. We'll be regulars for sure.

  Terrible customer service, Smh shouldn’t be so hard to get coffee in the morning but they seem to enjoy making it the most annoying and inconvenient part of your day lol. Disgusting behavior//Management is terrible.

  I usually enjoy coming to this Dunkin’, but the experience on weekends—especially Sundays—can be really inconsistent. There is a woman who often works on Sundays who spends a lot of time having loud conversations over the intercom where customers can hear everything. It feels pretty unprofessional and takes away from the experience when you’re just trying to grab a quick coffee. Another issue is the iced coffee. On Sundays in particular, it’s rarely made the way I order it and the quality is noticeably off compared to other days. I love Dunkin’, which is why it’s frustrating when the drink isn’t consistent. I’ll still come back because the location is convenient, but I really hope the weekend service and drink consistency improve.
