  Posting this because this is the second time this has happened and I don’t know how to report it on the website. This is my burnt croissant sandwich that this location thought was acceptable to offer me. I never asked for extra toasted or anything extra. Like how could you see this still continue to package and hand it to me like it was okay. If I hadn’t hopped on the highway immediately before looking at the sandwich, I would given it back to them and got my money back. Please do better. :(

  AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They scammed me. I placed an order last night for a pickup early this morning. When I arrived at the drive thru they claimed they did not have my order and said it was not submitted- that it was sitting in my cart. They told me to hit place order so I did and told them I would park and walk in to get it so as not to hold up the drive-thru line. When I walked in there was an order already waiting and when I asked who it was for they showed the receipt that said it was mine and said a 2nd duplicate order was being made and showed my that receipt as well. So they actually did have my order and conned me into placing a 2nd duplicate order. When I told them I didn’t want it and to cancel it and refund my money they claimed they could not because it as done through the app- that I would have to use the chat via the app. I showed them that the chat was not available/working and they said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to try later. How can you receive, fulfill, and charge for online orders and still not be able to issue a refund? I waited till later this morning and the chat was still not available so I had to wait for the customer service line to open. When I pulled up the duplicate order to discuss it with them it placed a THIRD ORDER?!?!? What on earth is going on with this app. I immediately called the store and told them I did not place that order. They said the only way to get a refund was to come in person to the store! What???? This morning your manager said the only way to get a refund is to go through the app. So which is it? Total incompetence. I finally was able to get ahold of a live person via the customer service line (chat is still not working) and they told me it would take TWO WEEKS to issue a refund! I’m sure they are just hoping I will forget about it and go away. I ultimately ended up having to report the fraud to my credit card company. To top it all off, the donuts I did order and receive were stale and hard- like they were a day or two old. All I was trying to do was get some donuts for my daughter’s class. Do yourself a favor and save a headache by avoiding this place.
