  The cashier doesn’t understand menu orders and our entire drink order was wrong. Took her three attempts to get one drink correct and then lectured us on how to order it.

  I am severely lactose intolerant. I decided to try the matcha for the first time instead of my normal latte. So I asked if there was dairy in the mix and was told no. Then asked if the drink can be made with almond milk and was told yes. So I said “great! Let's use almond milk, please.” The lady resoonded “no problem. We’ll use almond milk.” I drink the entire thing in about 10 minutes and as I'm throwing out the cup I see the label says MILK. Not almond milk. MILK. I'm livid. Now, I do believe in accountability so I should have checked the label on the cup before I started drinking it but being that there weren’t any other customers in the building and she immediately started making my order I didn't think she'd forget that fast. My mistake. But I did specifically ask for almond milk. So now my evening is ruined and my stomach has come alive. 😩

  The other staff were fine, food is fine, but there is this one lady in particular who is super rude. She is harsh on the staff as well, don’t know if she is the manager or owner but that definitely unprofessional.

  While I didn’t try the food, my experience with the atmosphere and service was disappointing. It’s important not to assume that customers don’t understand what’s being said—many people do, even if they don’t respond. I came in simply to order a coffee, and being criticized for my choice felt unprofessional and unnecessary. A welcoming environment should make customers feel comfortable, not judged. On a positive note, the coffee itself was not burnt in the mornings can't say much for the afternoons or evenings, and the seating area appeared clean. However, respectful service is just as important as product quality, and I hope the owner( not the franchise owner , this is a sub cell?) addresses this to ensure a more considerate experience for future customers. I advised The employees to keep their thoughts to themselves and not speak out loud criticizing a customer's taste simply because their pallets are more refined than yours is extremely rude.. but the look on your face when I spoke to you in your language to say thank you for criticizing was priceless.
