  I wanted to share a concern about an experience I had at this establishment today 4/10/2026. While I was there, I witnessed two employees arguing back and forth. It appeared that an older employee was being overly harsh and possibly bullying a younger employee, who didn’t really respond and seemed intimidated. As a customer, this made me uncomfortable, and I felt the situation was very unprofessional. I even checked on the younger employee to make sure she was okay because the interaction didn’t seem appropriate in a workplace setting. I don’t appreciate having to witness that kind of behavior while visiting your store, and I hope this situation is addressed.

  Easy to see why they have 3.1 rating. The service is rude. Like they wake up mad at the world. Go elsewhere if you hate what you're doing.

  While I appreciate accommodation and making things right…eventually, this was a terrible experience. I walked in and placed an order at 11:09 and didn’t get food until 11:30 only for it to also be incorrect and I be argued with about something clearly on my receipt after waiting. Not trying to be a Karen just seriously don’t walk in here if you have somewhere to be

  Just left this dunkin this morning and this was the avocado toast and bacon I received from them. What a great disappointment when you’re spending your money and taking your time out of your day to shop with this location. I’ll never return here again. I’ll go to the one on 4th st instead.
