  Very rude girl at drive through with red hair. Cut me off with a hard “NO” while I was in the middle of asking a question. Please stop putting people in the drive through if they dislike their job. This has happened to me on several occasions at this location. Please get this fixed no one wants to wake up to all that, there’s enough going on in the world.

  The drive thru girl and the butterfly eyelash girl are the rudest, no one greets you for the first 10 minutes and when they do believe me it’s all Attitude!! If you’re thinking of going here starting your day don’t do it, they’ll ruin it! Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE…

  It appears that this location needs to reorder their coffee supply. This is my second cup full of creamer from this store, but this time it was oddly brought out the back door to me as I waited in the drive-thru. I drove on up the street. Sad day, Dunkin’. : (

  This location is horrible. The cream is NEVER FRESH NOR THE MILK. I have managed Dunkin locations for years , you have to clean the milk and creamer machine and change out the spouts as all particles can hold bad fluids. Which do not dissolve smoothly into coffee. Every coffee or tea I get it has clumps of milk and creamer. Because it’s NOT FRESH ! the lady has an attitude rather than listening ! Smh. Give me the location I would have that store cleaned and professional ! Just sad. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO SOUTH COBB ! They are always on it and facility stay clean !
