  The service here is always friendly and the interior has comfortable seating, which I appreciate. However, my drink tends to taste different each time I visit. The beverage quality seems inconsistent from visit to visit. Because of this, I usually choose the Cobb Parkway location for more reliable consistency. It’s disappointing since this store is so convenient and I really want to like it.

  This morning I had the pleasure of coming into work at 9am and all I wanted was something small to eat, my boyfriend dropped me off at work and headed over to the Dunkin since it is in this little "section" I work in. I asked him to order me everything bagel bites and a drink. I have had to have Dunkin remake this drink for me before so I was pleasantly surprised when it actually tasted good and did not need corrections. However, when I opened my EVERYTHING bagel bites, they were completely bare and hollow. There was hardly any cream cheese in it and once I bit into it, I noticed the cream cheese had actually started to become a discolored yellow. I spit it out and will never be ordering from this Dunkin again. I was actually shocked that my food was not BURNT because almost every food item I have ordered has come out to me BURNT. I would not AT ALL recommend going to this Dunkin because it is a complete train wreck. Not to mention, the few times I have been inside there has been trash in the lobby and seating area, the staff are not at all friendly or welcoming in fact I find it difficult to approach them. I will never order from this Dunkin again all I wanted was something small for my breakfast and I expect for them to at least prepare the food as it was ordered.

  I visited this Dunkin' location this evening and was greeted with complete silence, not even a simple "hello." I felt unwelcome, as though my presence was a problem. If I hadn’t been picking up coffee for someone else, I would’ve simply left. If you're that unhappy with your job, it might be time to consider a change. It's unfair to let your frustration affect paying customers. Everyone deserves a positive experience when they walk into an establishment.

  I bought bagels for my job and there was barely any cream cheese on the bagels . This location also runs out of food frequently. Find a different location if you are looking for quality and consistency. I will not return to this location. I’ve given Several visits and nothing is changed.

  Came for a Sweet Bacon Black Pepper croissant and Was Given a Cold Cheese semi cold sandwich when It's a Sandwich getting warmed Up. This Should not be a Problem and The Lady that Reheated my Food Said I have to Ask for melted Cheese 🤦🏽🤦🏽 Like Make it Make sense. The Black Young Lady at the Cashier was the Only One to be very Helpful and professional. They Had a Whole Attitude and Looked Like they Didn't even. Want to Be there. They Need better Customer service. And Better Their Mood. It's understandable sometimes we don't want to go to work but Doesn't mean to Do whatever and Get Mad because I asked to reheat my Sandwich
