  I sat at the intercom so long with not a single word spoken I thought it was broke so I pulled forward, 3 employees within view 1 slammed with a screen full of orders blinking red, one wandering around with a head set on looking like she's unsure of what to do, and another running around like a chicken with their head cut off. I received the wrong sandwich that was luke warm about 4 mins after placing my order. This staff is overloaded, inefficient and quite rude. The store should probably just be shut down.

  The service at this Dunkin has truly impressed me over the last few months. I'm not sure if it's a new team of employees or not, but everyone has been extra friendly and helpful. Very happy with the kindness and enthusiasm shown moreso recently than in prior years!

  Jeremiah, the manager is very kind and helpful! One of the employees made a mistake at the drive thru and forgot to give my change back and also made my order incorrectly. I was on a time schedule so I rushed to my destination but after I noticed I called and Jeremiah picked up. he made sure to fix the issue with ease! I will definitely be coming back to this dunkin just because of his customer service. Normally a situation like this would turn me off completely but he definitely made things right!

  I ordered a large hot caramel macchiato and what I received was definitely was coffee with cream and sugar. It was not an espresso drink at all. I frequent Dunkin on a regular basis and this isn’t it. I was on my lunch break so I couldn’t go back and it’s out of the way for any further travel. It was straight watered down garbage, total waste of money.

  I had such an amazing experience thanks to D’Juana.She truly went above and beyond during my visit. I was a little indecisive trying to figure out what ice cream flavor I wanted, and she was incredibly patient while I sampled a few different options. Not once did she rush me—she stayed kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful the entire time. On top of that, she even convinced me to try a donut (which I’m so glad I did because it was delicious!). What really stood out to me was her level of care—she didn’t just stop at taking my order, she actually brought my food out to me once it was ready, which I really appreciated. Her spirit is just as beautiful as she is, and it truly made my whole experience better. Because of her, I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you for having such wonderful staff!
