  I didn't even get my food delivered to me, even though, I saw the car on the app close by my house, I waited and saw the car go everywhere else but to me. Waited over a hour for my food but never received it. Bad service then when I tried to call in to see what happened, I couldn't get no one on the phone.

  Never ordering from here again. Used to be fine. Food was 2 hours late and completely inedible. I never had food like this from this location everrr. My address is right near the store. Being late is one thing and fine but the driver was in a completely different neighborhood far away and you still expect the food to arrive properly. Tried calling the store to see where the driver was because the map was showing them in a completely different neighborhood far away from the store. The woman on the phone today wouldn’t even let me speak, yelled at me on the phone and then immediately hung up without me getting to say anything besides “hi I’m inquiring about a delivery order….”. She interrupted me to yell at me, wouldn’t let me speak, then instantly hung up. we looked at each other in disbelief. Food somehow arrived only 10 minutes after that call and arrived completely inedible. Raw dough, stale, cold, really weird order. The order was sitting at the store in “quality control” for over an hour before it left the store. Don’t know the reason for any of this, but if the reason is being short staffed, the customer service and food quality could have at least been better. I’ve never had anyone ever yell and hang up on me like that from an establishment before I could even speak.

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! TRIES TO FAKE DELIVER ORDERS! ORDERED FROM UBER EATS DIDNT GET A CALL OR A NOTICE THAT ORDER WAS “ DELIVERED”! STORE DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ITS A SCAM

  I had was supposed to have curbside but I had to come get my own food instead while two male employees talked I wasn’t greeted the lady in the back had to stop what she was doing to hand me my food I only mad because I tipped for a service I never got

  Ok tonight, I was looking forward to ordering a nice pie from Domino’s in which I haven’t had in a while after Good Friday’s church service. The moment I walked in the door, I was refused service due to catching up from a rush. I can really understand that because I’m a server in the restaurant business but if you’re still open until a certain time, You SHOULD NEVER REFUSE SERVICE! It is not hospitality, it’s not welcoming, it gives really Lazy vibes. Unfortunately, I had to order my pizza via Ubereats from a different place in which was something that I didn’t want to do! Because they refuse my service by not wanting to take any more walk ins while still opening, I will never consider this Domino’s location. I will order from a different store.
