- CCCandise CartenJan 25, 20261.0I am sitting at this location as I write this review. The service here was horrible. I ordered a pizza with no cheese, yet it was delivered with cheese. I had to drive back to the store to have the issue corrected. When I arrived, I was told that requesting “no cheese” does not include provolone cheese, which is an absurd and unacceptable policy. Initially, the staff did not want to remake my pizza or refund my money. It took a bystander speaking up on my behalf before they finally agreed to make a new pizza. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. A simple mistake turned into an unnecessarily frustrating situation, and it should never take outside intervention for a business to do the right thing.
