  DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I never write reviews, but I’d be doing a disservice to the potential consumers if I didn’t write this one… The service at this location is absolutely HORRID!!! I have had more than one negative run in with this location, so I will never shop here again and I advise anyone reading this to take heed. Attitudes are terrible, no one ever answers the phone, food is subpar, and they have ridiculously slow service amongst several other problems.. I’ve always been extremely understanding and patient ESPECIALLY when it comes to food service because I completely understand that mistakes WILL happen, BUT a lot of the issues mentioned and unmentioned are pretty avoidable and mostly have to do with character flaws. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!

  I ordered a large order of food and set outside for all of the time for them to make it. And when I came in to get it they told me they were out of part of it. I told them that I did not want the order without that and he just offered to give me a credit for that one thing for next time, if they had given me a decent consolation for not having my order after waiting on that time I would have probably taken the order. Very bad customer service! They could have told me in the beginning that they were out of part of what I ordered and I would not have placed the order

  my order never arrived & this store does not answer their phone. I tried contacting corporate & all they offered was a coupon for my next visit. ridiculous & ghetto.

  I just ordered the sweet bbq chicken and it was overcooked. I called back and politely asked the worker if it could be remade and she denied because in her opinion it was “not over cooked” when the cheese it’s literally black and burnt. I just want to know how she could basically tell me my preference on MY food??? This could’ve been avoided if she just would’ve simply agreed to remake my order because I had no problem waiting for however long it would take.
