  It was my first time trying Ethiopian food. My server explained everything to me and suggested what was spicy or not spicy. Overall, I had a great experience and opted to eat with utensils rather than the traditional way. We were seated right away and my experience was great. Will certainly be back.

  We ordered Sambusa, Vegan platter, Tibs and FirFir. Of the Sambusa was good, Tibs and Vegan platter were alright. The FirFir can be avoided. Not the best Ethipian I have been to. The ambience however is nice and service is good.

  The driver arrived early, my tea was a bit cold but everything was okay especially when I requested Teff Enjera, and paid extra for the extra enjera, There wasn’t enough enjera, Plus, I requested the whole grain Teff, but only got one Teff

  I would love to be able to rate this restaurant on the food. My family and I have tried not once, not twice, but three times to eat there. Not once were we seated after waiting 45-60 minutes. The people ahead of us were seated and eating each time. I don’t even know what to say or how to imagine this keeps happening. We are quiet and respectful people but somehow cannot ever get seated there.

  I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience didn’t sit right with me. I came in for a pickup order and was left waiting, another waiting customer could tell that I was being avoided by staff while other customers were helped immediately. I wasn’t acknowledged and had to flag someone down just to ask about my order. The difference in treatment was noticeable and uncomfortable. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, but I continued supporting the business because the food is good and I’ve even tipped on my online orders. When I requested a refund, I was given a receipt that did not reflect a refund at all. Only after I questioned it did staff acknowledge that it hadn’t been processed and said they needed a manager. Being overlooked and then given unclear information about my payment was frustrating and unprofessional. Customers deserve equal service, clear communication, and proper handling of their transactions.
