  Blizzard tasted spoiled and very unprofessional employees. They also still had the christmas menu up and it's just about April.

  Only drive-thru, horrible service. Ice cream taste sour, like it’s spoiled. Ice cream was about half melted when received.

  I just got a sandwich from there and only ask for no ketchup and onion why I get bread and meat like where’s the rest of my damn sandwich ingredients I spent $12 on bullshit. Then I called 16 times and still no one answers but people working in the location

  Awful experience. I pulled up to the drive thru just before 4pm on a Sunday (no other cars in line and only 1 car in the parking lot). The worker let me finish my entire order before saying "oh our cook just went on break, he just reminded me... so we can only do ice cream right now." I probed a little because that seems crazy to me. He then said he just finished his 30 minute break so now it's the cooks turn and he has to be up front so can't make food. So I guess that means there's a solid hour that no one can order food by his logic. For reference the only food I was trying to order was a hot dog and fries, not like I was ordering for a large group or anything. I used to work fast food and even if there was only one person working, it's not difficult to alternate between making food and taking orders. I suspect I was not getting the whole truth, but regardless, if there's truly an hour down time when the 2 employees take turn on break, then I'd expect the hours to be updated accordingly. Drove 20 minutes only to be told I couldn't order food - completely unacceptable.
