- LDLan Anh DoApr 10, 20261.0got to go pad thai and pad see ew and it was not good even by white-people-thai standards. far cry from real pad thai or pad see ew and STILL bad as americanized thai. the pad see ew was literally dry with barely a hint of soy sauce and black pepper which is not pad see ew. pad thai literally smells like spoiled food. it’s got that weird sweet and sour flavor that “asian” food at kroger would have. i can’t believe i wasted my money on this
- JJJosh JonesMar 18, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I raised a concern about my food. After receiving my order, I realized it wasn’t up to standard and simply asked if something could be done. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer any kind of solution, the staff were dismissive and unwilling to help. I was told they would not take the food back, even though I clearly explained that I wasn’t satisfied. I was told “Don’t come back” Which is ridiculous to say to a customer that’s been there before. I understand that not every situation can be perfect, but the way this was handled showed a complete lack of care for the customer experience. A little professionalism and willingness to make things right would have gone a long way.
