  This lady at the pickup window at night .. she is really rude and discriminate person , there are other people came and answer them nicely and when I ask she is not even responded much , when other team of there came then she came and answered very rudely and not even said anything how much time it take or anything .. just wait . such a discriminate person she is

  I'm writing this review due to the lack of service. I ordered ahead to pick up at the walk up counter. I rang the bell, made eye contact with 4 different employees without being acknowledged. Finally, after 6 minutes, yes I timed it, a man opens the window while still occupied on his phone and hands me my order. He doesn’t apologize for the wait or even say anything to me. Chipotle doesn’t care about me business because they just lost it……oh and my order was wrong.

  Shoulda got the young lady name. Short, brown skinned, dred head. WOULD NOT sale me chips with a shelf full. “Those are drive-thru chips” …”ma’am it’s 09:00 pm and you got like 50 bags of chips there…you can’t sale me 2?” “Those are for pick up only.” 😐😐🫤😑 left the entire bowl.

  I’ve been coming to this place for about 4 years, and this is not the first time I’ve experienced this. Today I decided to spend my money somewhere else that actually cares. First, the attitude was bad. Second, the portions were small. I ordered a burrito bowl, and they gave me two scoops of rice and only half a spoon of protein. When I asked for more, they charged me for double protein. I told the cashier he should mention the extra charge, and he just said, “I heard you.” Then I asked for a cup of water, and they said they ran out, which I don’t believe. Instead, they tried to sell me a fountain drink, even though the food is already expensive. Not worth it.

  The heavyset girl at the takeout window that worked the night of 4-1-26 at the hours of 9pm-10pm was rude to every customer that came to the window. She slammed the window on the boy standing in from of me in line, asked “what you want?” with an attitude instead of correctly greeting guests, and she didn’t even close the bag all the way. Usually come here often since it’s close but all it takes is one bad service to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
