  Tonight, I experienced poor customer service from the first server I encountered. She had a visibly unpleasant attitude and refused to serve me fajita vegetables, stating they were unavailable. However, I could clearly see that there was an adequate amount still in the container. In today’s economy, customer service matters—especially when customers are choosing to support a business they are not obligated to patronize. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience at this location. I previously stopped visiting due to similar issues, and after returning for the first time in over a year, I encountered the same level of poor service.

  How do you get the queso and chips but without the chips and completely miss the Beef and chicken and replace it with onions

  Order pick-up. Staff just seems grumpy, unfriendly, and didn't engage with anybody. My burrito was in the shape of a square 😑 No napkins. Dirty tables, glad we didn't dine in. Shift manager was having a tense interaction with a female cashier, the grumpy one. Honestly don't know know if the team hates the job or the leadership; likely the latter more so.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I walked in about an hour before closing and asked for a burrito, and the employee straight up said “no” and started laughing. I was just standing there awkwardly until she finally decided to make it, which already set the tone. When she did make my burrito, she barely put any chicken in it. Considering they were already out of multiple items on the line, I would expect them to at least be a little more generous, but that definitely wasn’t the case. As I moved down the line, every employee I interacted with seemed irritated and unfriendly, like they didn’t want to be there or deal with customers at all. The whole experience just felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I get that it was close to closing, but there’s no excuse for being rude or treating customers like that. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

  I have never in my life felt the need to leave a negative review on an establishment before but the horrendous experience that I had today at this specific Chipotle has changed all of that. We come here quite often and the customer service has never been stellar but it’s never been bad enough to make me walk out in the middle of ordering my food like it was tonight. The employees that work here make it quite clear that they do not respect their jobs or the company or the customer’s. Why work in customer service if you hate the customers? They act as if serving customers is an inconvenience to them but it’s literally what they applied to do. No one is forcing them to continue working there. Where is the logic? They seem to feel a false sense of power because they are behind that counter (lol) and I’m not really sure where that delusion stems from but it’s comical to watch. I have already written a formal complaint to the company so I won’t go into detail about my experience here tonight but let’s just say that it’s very obvious that the people who work there don’t care about losing business and that must be a reflection of bad management but I will ensure that corporate holds them all accountable. There are loads of reviews on this page just like mine so I urge you to take these claims seriously and thoroughly investigate these people before they drive away more business with their disgusting attitudes.
