I eat here frequently ,and this time I decided to get the queso and chips.I asked the young woman at the register if they could put some pico de gallo in the bowl with my queso and her reply was a strong worded NO ... I asked her why not and she cannot give me a definite answer other than the cameras were watching, which is interesting to me because last week they were able to honor my request. Once she had bagged up my food, she just slung it on the counter in front of me and didn't even say thank you, which is extremely rude. If I'm going to spend my money at any establishment the staff should at least have common courtesy and basic manners. MANAGEMENT...please coach Star with the basics if she is put on the register

Anyone that frequents Chipotle knows that in the morning hours they use the old meats from the day before 🤢 yesterday December 26 I went around 1 PM and they still had the old meats from the day before. Except on Christmas Day (the day before) the restaurant wasn’t open. So basically they were serving 48 hour old meats. And the girl managing, I think her name is Monica, was extremely rude yesterday and always. Also why is there no cups of water at this chipotle like every other location in the US?
