  worst customer service ever. worse food i’ve ever had at chipotle. always cold and unseasoned. rice undercooked. portion size is way smaller than any other location. i’ve tried coming here many times bc it’s convenient and every time its worse food and service. 👎

  I usually have nothing bad to say about Chipotle, but this location was a letdown. The place was honestly pretty filthy, especially behind the counter. The floors and serving area were messy enough that it really turned me off. As someone who goes to Chipotle often, this just wasn’t the experience I’m used to. I’ll definitely be going to a different location next time. I won’t be back to this one. Hoping they can get things cleaned up and improve the overall environment.

  On my third attempt to order from this DoorDash location, I encountered a consistent issue with the delivery time. Each time, my dasher has been waiting between 26 and 30 minutes for my order. This is an unacceptable situation, especially considering that online orders for a bowl typically do not take 30 minutes to prepare. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the bowl was not made correctly, missing essential ingredients and being significantly underfilled.Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the bowl was not prepared correctly, missing essential ingredients and being significantly underfilled.   I have been a long term loyal customer and I have been going to this location for over a year and I have noticed a severe decline in service. Today I went in and it felt like an oven, it was so hot the workers were getting irritated. I’m not sure if the air conditioning was broken or not. First off, when it was my turn to order, I was not met with a greeting at all nor did the worker ask if I wanted a bowl or burrito. Instead, the worker pulled out a bowl and starred directly at me. After noticing my confusion she proceeded to ask what I wanted. When we moved to the toppings station, I was met with another blank stare before I said what I wanted on my bowl. Overall, this was probably the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had in terms of service. It just seems like nobody wants to work there or management has not trained their workers in service at all.

  Visited 3/30/26. The parking lot was filled with garbage. It appeared that someone took multiple full bags of trash, threw them around everywhere, then cars drove over them and spread the trash everywhere. Somehow undeterred (my first mistake), I walked inside to find that the air conditioning was broken. Still undeterred (mistake two), I waited in line until another customer came up and began complaining about a foreign object in his food. The staff were rude to him. I left at that point - unlikely to return here or to any chipotle. If you are not able to provide humane and sanitary conditions for your employees and customers, you should close for the day.
