I have been going to chipotles around the Atlanta area, for years, every time I always order a kids chicken quesadilla with black beans and guacamole as a side. I have never had to pay extra for the guacamole and I have never had a problem. For some reason, at this location not only did they make me pay extra but when I kindly told them that they should notify customers that guacamole is an up charge even for kids menus the lady was EXTREMELY rude. I will not be coming back here and if you can avoid this location I would do so. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

I told the cashier (Linda) I got a regular salad no extra anything and she told me they were instructed to ring up salads as a veggie entree plus chicken. Don’t order the salad from this location! Just get a bowl and skip the extra $5 charge.
