- HMHeidi Morgan3 days ago2.0Got my order wrong. Wrap instead of a sandwich, missing fries, unsweet tea instead of 1/2 and 1/2. Went back to correct it and they took the wrap back and gave me a sandwich missing the pickles and still no fries. Hope they can start getting orders correct at this location.

The new curb side set up is an absolute mess. It’s now just a horrific drive thru with no spots. The service has been way worse. I spent 30 minutes waiting for my food this morning. I watched every other car come and go two times over before I walked up to the window and asked for my food, which was sitting…right there…cold. They also constantly forgot sauces now, mess up orders. Seriously disappointing.

While there are occasional delays with food, the team is always quick to acknowledge the wait and apologize, which makes a big difference in the overall experience.
