That's it. 🙄 Clearly the owner doesn't care about their customers. I can understand an occassional mistake. But I suspect that because this location is purely take out, the employees just don't care. They know they won't have to deal with a correction because by the time the customer discovers the error, they'll be gone. Need additional proof that the owner doesn't care either? That phone number on the receipt is disconnected! 😆
- JJJBroMar 13, 20263.0Don’t get me wrong, I love Chick-fil-A but it’s really frustrating when the Northridge location offers you free delivery as a reward when it’s gonna take them hours upon hours to deliver to you. I placed an order at 2:10 PM today as of 4:13 PM my order was additionally updated. It kept getting longer and longer and now it’s saying I’m not gonna get my food until after 6 o’clock. Don’t offer a promotion like this unless you can actually deliver to your customers in a timely manner.
