- AFATL FindzApr 11, 20261.0If I could give no star I would, my experience speaks against everything Chick-fil-A stands for my son was mistreated and given horrible customer service, his chicken sandwich had pork which could have easily been resolved and after days of speaking with CS no resolution. Be careful eating here double check your food obviously if your poisoned they could care less.

The quality of the products, and the inconsistency is enough for me to wipe my hands completely with this location. I have no issues paying for what I want, my issue is if I’m paying an up-charge for a side… have the decency to fill it up. & before you ask yes I did go to an older Caucasian employee inquiring about the size of the scoop I received. He claimed it was a “full” scoop.. as you see from the photo it was not. Even after I asked for a refund the manager didn’t acknowledge the quantity of the scoop, nor address her team. I drove to the Cobb pkwy location and I was EXTREMELY satisfied. From the customer care, to the freshness, and I truly received what I paid for. I encourage you all to just go to the Cobb Pkwy location!
