- BBByrdafly Beauty5 days ago1.0Eat at a Chick Fila every morning. This particular location (manager Mia) proceeded to charge me $1.09 for hot water and honey. So very disappointing. There’s not even a button for water it’s complementary.
- MBmina brooksApr 16, 20261.0I go to this location regularly due to me living close by. This is by far the worst chick-fil-a location in atlanta ga. The workers attitudes are nasty, every-one is rude. During the evening kids are outside taking orders and the order is always wrong. You get to the window and they state no changes can be made after the workers mistake. The evening lead Jordan is just as rude as the team members which should not be tolerated. They will not accommodate you what so ever. Also, im allergic to pickles and asked for no pickles and can still taste the pickles as if it was only removed and not freshly made. The owner for this location need to work on this location its very disappointing.

She made every effort to make sure that I had the right order and she was very personable! She is the highlight of my favorite Chik-fil-A! I would come back because of her! Awesome spirit!

Another guest came in apparently she was returning because the team member turn around gave her a bag then turned back around without again acknowledging my presence. I had to ask was anyone going to help me then she ask my name. She found my order placed it on the counter and walked away. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from Chick-fil-A in all my years of patronizing this establishment. I hope this issue is rectified.
- TWTiana WilliamsMar 26, 20262.0It never fails every time I come to this location my food is never right the first or second time and the only reason I Come to this location is because I stay in this area but I always get a spicy southwestern salad with extra chicken they never give me my extra chicken. They always give me a freaking salad with a fried piece of chicken breast on top of it. I don’t eat fried chicken. I only eat grilled. I’ll go back for a second time, they never give me my extra chicken as I always ask. But I’m always given a second chance and they still messed me up
