  They sell nuggets in various larger counts, but refuse to redeem or sell the 5 count like most stores. Love the manager reply like this is new ground. Just put 5 nuggets in a box!

  This chick-fil-a is fast and reliable. Even though they go through probably double the orders of a normal chick-fil-a, they still get your food out to you in just a few minutes. If there are any errors, they are quick to fix them. I see some comments hating on them, but all of my recent experiences have been great, and I go there at least once a week. It is a solid option between classes especially.

  Second Visit This was my second time visiting this location, and unfortunately the service did not reflect the level of hospitality typically associated with Chick-fil-A. During my first visit, I was redeeming a reward for a small fry. The team member assisting me stated, somewhat condescendingly, “We don’t do small fries here.” The interaction felt dismissive rather than helpful. On my second visit, I ordered a fruit parfait. I’ve ordered this item at other Chick-fil-A locations many times, and it’s typically well-covered with fruit. This time, however, the fruit portion was noticeably minimal. When I returned to ask about the amount of fruit, a very pleasant young lady assisted me with a smile and kindly offered to remake it, which I appreciated. However, the shift lead who at the time was having a loud conversation on the line about someone cutting their hand open during another shift became involved. Conversations about workplace injuries probably shouldn’t happen openly in the expo area where guests can hear them. When addressing my concern, the shift lead explained the “standard.” As a customer, hearing about the standard isn’t always what we’re looking for in that moment we simply want the issue resolved with a welcoming attitude. Although the parfait was remade, the body language and tone came across as dismissive, which unfortunately took away from the experience. I want to emphasize that the young lady who initially helped me handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. My hope is simply that the overall service experience can better reflect the hospitality and customer care Chick-fil-A is known for.

  Whoever made the DOORDASH order 9758 IM ALLERGIC TO GRAPES MY MOUTH AND THROAT LITERALLY SWELLS UP and you expect me to either have an allergic reaction or eat your biscuit dry as hell. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THE TICKET SAYS!!!! YOU CANT START MY WEEK OFF LIKE THIS

  Ordered fries and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was only filled halfway. Disappointing. Fries were good though.
