As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

He made me feel like he didn't want to help me at all, I couldn't use my new members BOGO because the scanner didn't work, and I'm just tired so I was saying the wrong item but he did not seem inclined to want to help me at all was very very rude and after I got my order I said thank you very much for your help he wouldn't even look at me didn't say anything like you just hates me and I've never met him a day in my life and I think I will never return to this checkers again and I'm sure he doesn't care but it just made me feel so sad to receive that kind of service cuz I'm a happy person and that made me sad.

When I got to the store the woman said that their store did not have milkshakes and just told me to get a refund on the app without offering any other type of solution. She spoke to me in a rude tone and then just turned away ignoring before I could ask anything. I went into the app to see if I could get a refund and there was no refund option available so I just paid for nothing. Also, the apple pie that I received with my meal was cold and not heated at all.

Get to the speaker the guy tells me to pull to the window to tell me that they’re changing shift which she could allow me to know that at the speaker he was on the phone when I pulled up texting and talking to someone else very unprofessional

You have to do better, aint nothing wrong with a smoke break but if u see customers here, then get back to work! The young females who work during the morning/noon excellent service.
