  On Sunday 26th at 5 pm the cashier very rude and the service poor The cashier did not give me a receipt. And she is very unprofessional The cooks no wearing hairnets, the fries soaked on oil. Bad bad service

  I was 3rd in line. After 10 minutes cashier had not finished taking a single order. Moved to self service portal. Would not print a receipt. Only asked for mushrooms and cheese but got onions. Store was horribly filthy.

  On 4/17/26 I placed an order. As I was in hurry I wasn’t able to check the order before leaving the counter. However I was gravely disappointed to discover that I had a bag full of breakfast sandwiches.None of which I didn’t I ordered. Finding my flight we delayed, I returned to the restaurant to get my correct order. I stepped up to the counter and informed the clerk of the error. The ladies making the sandwiches in very loud voices started yelling “you grabbed the wrong order! You reached behind here and grabbed the wrong order” I responded “How could I when you handed it to me?” Not willing to go back and forth, I conceded in order to maintain a professional decorum. After standing a few more minutes. No one asked what I had. I stepped forward and asked ‘do they know what I ordered?’ as my receipt was still sitting on the counter. The clerk responded ‘they will look it up’ This was strange to me but I waited a few more minutes. Meanwhile another customer who saw the exchange remarked how dirty the grill was as they decide not order. No one had picked up the receipt from the counter. I asked again. The person behind the grill (I assumed was a manger) asked the clerk to ring my order up again. Then the sandwich was made. In the meantime I asked, ‘Is there was a number I could call as the number on the receipt was disconnected.’ The manger said ‘yes it’s disconnected’ I asked ‘is there a district number?’ She flatly responded ‘No.’ Then she pointed to a QR to a Google review. This was an exchange that was unprofessional and preventable and I will NEVER spend my money hear again.

  Stopped by Charleys Philly Steaks at the Atlanta airport and decided to try the Philly cheesesteak. Customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The kiosk was a little tricky at first, but the staff stepped in and walked me through it with no problem. Overall, great service—quick, efficient, and got me in and out in time to catch my flight.

  I ordered a 20 piece boneless wing with sauce on the side. They arrived with the sauce on them and my toddlers refused to eat them so I asked for them to remake them. The woman was snappy saying just throw them out and it will be 6 more minutes so I said ok. Well 15 minutes later I keep asking about the wings and I got the worst attitude saying I never said I wanted them recooked and that I ate them. I then had to show the uneaten wings before they would drop new wings. Still waited another 15 minutes while I continued to be told I never asked for the remade wings 🤔👀 I get Atlanta has been insane but if I didn’t just spend $31 and if they weren’t for my 4 year olds I wouldn’t have made a big deal, but come on I stressed multiple times my young kids won’t eat those wings.
