  Staff wasn’t too helpful. The food was tasty but they gave me the wrong item (cherry tomatoes instead of cucumbers and tomatoes) and charged me for extra rice which I didn’t ask for.

  I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience here. The portion sizes were extremely stingy, especially considering how expensive Cava already is. What made it worse was watching the manager stand there while bowls were being made, actively telling staff not to add certain items or to put less in. That was frustrating and honestly ridiculous. At these prices, customers shouldn’t feel like they’re being shorted or monitored over every scoop. It came across like the food was coming out of the manager’s personal pocket, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of environment I want when I’m paying for a meal. This was enough for me—I won’t be returning to this location again.

  we came 2 hours before closing. they were out of white rice. so we opted for brown. the steak was out but had not began being cooked yet so we had to opt for chicken & while the girl who made our food was very nice, her coworker was loud & vocal about what was upsetting her in the store (though i must say her points were valid. large trash piles not being swept up & a multitude of sauce bottles sitting around the counter). once we'd gotten home to eat, we realized the brown rice was not fully cooked & unable to even eat. money wasted. my main location was closed due to facility issues so i went to the next closest but i will definitely not be returning to this location.
