  I was charge $41 cancelation fee on a order. It was a $37 order. Charge 67 with delivery. I canceled the ordered within seconds of ordering. They held my money for 10 days.

  Came to pick up an order that was scheduled for pickup. Was told it was almost ready. There was no one in the store other than the father/daughter in front of me who were also waiting on their pickup. I sat and waited. They served multiple people coming through the line instead of preparing the remainder of our pickup order that was already late. I only had one simple bowl. My order was nearly 15 minutes late when all it would have took was for them to address the pickup orders accordingly. One person also couldn’t seem to locate my order, despite me and the other worker stating my name multiple times. This seems to be a problem at this location no matter how busy or how slow service is. Pickup orders are supposed to be ready and located in the designated pickup area. This never happens here.

  Overall a mixed experience. My friend was charged extra for a scoop of rice that didn’t seem like it should have been an upcharge, and that wasn’t communicated clearly. They were also out of falafel for both of us, with about a 10-minute wait for more, and even tried to charge for the last remaining falafel. The biggest issue was the food quality, the lentils in our bowls seemed old, were very hard. Hoping this was just an off day, but definitely not the experience we were expecting.

  I had an incredible experience at CAVA, and I have to give a special shoutout to Jaqun and Ryleigh for making it unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming, the service was fast, and everything was handled with genuine care but Jaqun and Ryleigh took it to another level. Both were professional, attentive, and extremely personable. They made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to create a great experience. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it truly shows. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, but honestly, the service is what will bring me back. It’s rare to come across people who make you feel valued as a customer like that. If you’re coming to this location, I highly recommend it and if you get served by Jaqun and Ryleigh, just know you’re in great hands. 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back.

  Your employee Marvin is an uneducated, rude human being who started arguing about my service animal that assists me with my diabetes. That is pure illegal to deny me for ordering food. He started asking me what my disability is and to see credentials which again is illegal! I WILL NEVER COME NEAR THIS PLACE!
