Very slow location. They always skimp on online orders. But given how slow they are, I mostly order online. Ordered a grain bowl with chicken today, and again there were literally 4 pieces of chicken. Should have taken the bowl back! Otherwise the food is good, staff is friendly and the location in clean

CAVA Store 157 has truly set the standard for what a consistently great dining experience should feel like. Every single visit has been nothing short of excellent—from the moment you walk in to the last bite of your meal. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and energetic without ever feeling rushed or chaotic. What stands out the most is the staff. They are always friendly, patient, and genuinely seem to care about getting your order just right. Whether you’re customizing a bowl or trying something new, they take the time to make sure everything is fresh, accurate, and made with attention to detail. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at this location. Team members like DK, Arie, Paige, and Giselle (the manager) are consistently kind, professional, and attentive to every customer—including myself. Their positive attitudes and dedication truly make a difference and elevate each visit. The food itself is consistently top-tier. Ingredients are always fresh, portions are generous, and flavors are perfectly balanced. It’s clear that quality and consistency are a priority here, which makes it easy to keep coming back. CAVA Store 157 delivers the kind of reliability that’s rare—every experience is a positive one. I eat at this location daily, and I can honestly say no other CAVA experience compares. I truly thank each team member for making every visit feel special.

I came to this Cava and had the most bizarre customer service experience. I ordered the spicy chicken and avocado pita and was accosted by the employee making my meal because he misheard my order. Now, I’ll admit I did not say Pita - however the spicy chicken and avocado is only listed on the menu as a pita. He began to make a bowl when I told him I wanted the pita he proceeded to tell me what I said, which was incorrect. Instead it being a simple miscommunication and moving on he insisted, with an increasingly aggressive attitude to tell me what I ordered. I do not frequent cava. I spent a good amount of time deciding what I wanted - I said “I want a spicy chicken and avocado” as it’s listed on the menu, but because this guy doesn’t know their menu he mistakenly prepared something else. He then proceMind you, he only knew what to prepare by using flash cards at the prep station. He and I go back and forth far longer than we should have for a simple mistake on his part only for his coworker to tell me to calm down although this gentleman was the aggressor. He didn’t have on a name tag but did have on a yellow durag. Idk if he was having a bad day or his durag was too tight or what but the customer service was appalling. It’s a shame because the food was really good. I doubt I’ll be back but I’ll be sure to just order online in the future to avoid any confusion.

I've been coming to the Cumberland location for quite some time now and typically, it's a decent experience with great food...when they have food... Yesterday they were out of avocados, pickled onions, pickles, fire roasted corn, roasted veggies, falafel, lemonade, sweet tea, diet cola and the blueberry soda, the water fountain wasnt working nor did they have any bottled waters...the real kicker though...they were out of to go bags and forks!! The staff looked overwhelmed but trying to stay upbeat and for that I can appreciate, as they were informative and apologetic but I'm gonna be taking a break from my CAVA experiences as I'm tired of being disappointed in some of my favorite items not being available. I was looking forward to coming in to try the new salmon this week but I think I'll give it a couple weeks or finally try a different location.

I’ve never been this disappointed. My friends and I had a baseball game in the heat, and after hours of a terrible loss, we thought cava might make us feel better. I was extra excited because one of the friends coming with me had never been! We walk in, and immediately, the man serving me gave me maybe half of the regular portion of rice. After I asked for a little bit more, he said that it would be an extra charge, in a very rude manner. Rice is never an extra charge, not even at chipotle which is skimping champion. Once he got to the chicken, considering the rice debacle, I was extremely not surprised with the six pieces of chicken he placed in my bowl. I was livid. Next, at the toppings, I asked for extra feta and they said it would be an extra charge. We’re talking about feta! That’s ridiculous. It would be one thing if my requests were met with kindness, but the attitude was uncalled for and very frustrating. At the register, when I asked for an extra pita for my friend and myself (I had forgotten to ask earlier), she only gave me one. I assumed that she didn’t hear me ask for one for my friend, so I asked again, and she -VERY rudely- said that they’re working on it. I’ve worked at restaurants with big rushes, I know it can be stressful, but this is no way to treat a customer. Even though the portion sizing was abysmal, CAVA is CAVA, and I love cava.
