  Upon entry, server immediately complains about being understaffed. 1 person in lobby eating. Walked across street and got a gyro in 5 minutes.

  I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration with my recent experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings location on 68 5th St NW, Atlanta. I was really looking forward to my order on March 13th, 2026, especially since I had received a confirmation that it would be ready for pickup by 12:40 AM. I even arrived early at 12:30 AM, only to find the place completely closed with the doors locked. It was incredibly disappointing to be left standing outside for a pickup that the system assured me would be ready. To make matters worse, I’ve yet to see any resolution to my situation. I was charged $23.95 for an order I never received, and I still haven’t gotten my refund. It feels really unfair to keep my money without delivering the product. Plus, I received an email saying I’d be credited with 2,500 points as a “gesture of goodwill,” but those points haven’t shown up in my account either. Overall, the lack of service and follow-through on promises has left me feeling let down. I expected much better, especially after having paid for my order. If you’re looking for reliable service, I highly recommend considering your options elsewhere.

  We ordered multiple separate boneless wing orders but only got 1 set of utensils. Out of all orders, both of the original Buffalo orders were the wrong flavor. Wish I checked the online reviews before I ordered.
