  We missed our entire concert due to the slow customer service at this location. We arrived at 4:50 PM and were not served until 5:20 PM, despite noticing that several tables seated after us were attended to first. We flagged down two different hosts to ask about our server but were dismissed both times. Once we finally got our waitress’s attention, we placed our order, but then waited an additional 10 minutes just to receive our drinks. Our appetizers didn’t arrive until 6:00 PM (which ended up being the best part of the meal), and our main courses weren’t served until 6:30 PM. My fiancée’s order was incorrect and arrived cold. At that point, we had only about 10 minutes to eat before needing to leave for the concert, and ultimately, we still missed it despite being close to the venue. We also observed waitstaff openly discussing among themselves who would be taking our table, which added to the overall frustration. Given that multiple tables were served ahead of us and the way we were repeatedly overlooked, we couldn’t help but feel concerned that our treatment may have been influenced by bias, including the fact that my fiancée is mixed race. Regardless of the reason, the experience was unacceptable.

  Genuinely some of the worst service. Tops 5 tables of people and took an hour and a half to even get food.

  Had to wait for someone to show up at the ToGo desk, but at least he eventually showed up with my order in hand. Great flavor on the sandwich and boneless wings. The fries were not very good today.

  This establishment is a issue. I ordered the 20 piece wing deal online at 11:50p.m. The order was said to be ready in about 10-20 minutes. I’ve been waiting in the take out area for about 45 minutes and my food still hasn’t come out yet. Many people are waiting here for their own orders. This is unacceptable. The front desk host disappears after only coming out with 1 order every maybe 15 minutes. Just for them to be out of ranch and have the only option be blue cheese. I’m very irritated with this poor customer service and the very long wait time. Don’t bother ordering online or even coming to this location. Update as I’m writing this. Now everyone who has gotten here after me has left. And I’m still waiting for my order. 50 minutes waiting. This is unacceptable. Thank you for being very useless. If I could leave this review with no stars whatsoever I would. Not even bothering to apologize about the wait time. Where’s the manager? Who’s helping out with the takeout orders?

  Went for lunch on a Friday. The service was fast and the food was really good. Great value. A lunch for two at a sit down restaurant for under $30 including tip!
