  My mom and I came here for dinner, and I have to say, the food was very disappointing. I ordered the famous Bang Bang Shrimp to start, and for my entrée, I had the pan-seared butterfish with a crab cake, substituting the spinach for Brussels sprouts. Unfortunately, the Bang Bang Shrimp came out soft with very little breading. It looked nothing like the picture and lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. The butterfish was severely charred on the bottom, which gave it an unpleasant burnt taste. The only part of the meal I truly enjoyed was the Brussels sprouts. The blueberry lemon drop was decent as well. Overall, I felt like I wasted my money. It was not a good dining experience, and I would rate it a 4/10.

  6:30 Saturday,Place 1/2 empty. Slow to serve our app of Truffle Fries. I ordered The Filet /Med Rare & Lobster . Took forever to get our meal. My filet was cooked MED AND WELL in some places and no clarified butter was served for the lobster. Server even said she told the kitchen same thing and was told to take it out anyway. So the over- cooked steak was scraped off my plate and was told it would be refired. I reminded the server I still had not received the butter for the lobster. Disappointed I could not enjoy MY MEAL THE WAY I WANTED TO ENJOY IT, WITH BOTH MY FILET AND LOBSTER . The butter never came so now the Lobster and sides all cold now becouse I could not eat. So all that had to go back too. My wife had finished her entire meal which was Nice. Grilled Trout with Lemon Caper Butter. She actually shared a few bites while I sat and watched her eat her entire meal while I waited for my mine. We even piled the dished up at the end of the table all before the server finally brought out my 2nd meal which I told them to return. Frustrated by the bad service, over cooked food and The Manager talking to me like I dont know how long it takes to cook a Med rare steak, 4 mins on each side ...I had been waiting much much longer than that! I am a chef and the Manager's lack of taking responsibility for over cooked food bad service & bad attitude is her failure. She also stared me down with such venom. Long story short your restaurant WASTED 2 LOBSTER TAILS 2 FILETS 4 SIDES AND RUINED A DINERS 1ST EXPERENCE @ Bonefish Grill.

  I’ve been coming to Bonefish and Grill for yearssss. Between the amazing food and staff, I couldn’t be more happier. Nicole H has such a warm and loving spirit. Everything that she does is complemented with a smile. She ensures to provide the absolute best customer service and really cares about those that she comes into contact and connection with.   (Door Dash )The meal was completely inedible. The Mediterranean salmon was overwhelmed with onions and tomatoes, making it unpleasant to eat. The broccoli was overcooked to the point of being mushy, almost like a purée. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant, which is not what I expect from a restaurant of this caliber. To make matters worse, the entire dish was sitting in about half an inch of liquid. It went straight into the garbage. Very disappointing experience. This was my third time giving this location a chance but they disappoint every time.
