I went into this location and there was NO ICE CREAM in the store. The areas that should have held the tubs of ice cream behind the counter, was sadly empty. They did have some ice cream in the fridge area. But the selection was very limited and expensive!

I get home and open my pint and you can see by the picture it shrunk or had been opened. I called and received no answer and voicemail was full. I contacted corporate (email is the only option). So drove back to the store for a refund. They tried to exchange it, but the next pint looked worse and wasn't even green, but was in the mint chocolate chip container. Asked for a refund and they called their manager that was supposed to arrive in 5 minutes. Waited 10 minutes to receive my refund. What a shame that a classic summer treat can't be easy or fun anymore.

I tried to get a quart of the flavor I like. They don’t have the pre-packed quart so I told her I wanted the fresh packed. She wouldn’t do it and just stopped answering my questions when I asked why this location would pack a quart for me when the rest of them do. She just didn’t answer. I I decided to get a scoop of the flavor. Well, after I overpaid for it, my first bite was freezer burn. There were no signs on the flavors and the place is filthy. I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down by the fire Marshall. Don’t go here.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
