I came all the way from Mableton to come over there to get this drink and it wasn’t even done right. Someone should get in contact with me and give me a discount on my next drink because that’s ridiculous. I just went there the other day and got this drink. I got a small just to try it out. I enjoyed it because it was blended all the way up. Well then I go today determined to get a large and it was a piece of crap I could barely drink it with all the big clunk of ice in it. When I got there they said they did not have the flavors we requested so no effort had been made towards my order. Nobody called me or alerted me in anyway. You can imagine my disappointment when you did not have our flavors but particularly Daiquiri Ice, a staple of BR. This is the only thing that brings me back to BR! I have been eating that flavor since I was a child, I had ordered a whole pint as well as a banana split and a 2 scoop cup to try out some new flavors. My husband ordered Creole Cream Cheese and Chocolate Mousse of which you had 0. I ordered Love Potion, Baseball Nut and Peanut Butter Chocolate- you had these items but no hot fudge..... what ice cream place doesn't have hot fudge?!? I asked them to cancel my order and refund me and I place a new order, a 2 scoop and 3 scoop. The manager on duty offered no apologies or discounts and acted like I was annoying him filling my new order. There is not a convenient BR near me so I made a special 25 minute trip out of the way for this..experience. If you dont offer Daiquiri Ice anymore there is really no reason to patron these establishments any further. Really disappointed

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
