🛑 NEW REVIEW!!!!! 3/21/26 This is actually my second review for this location. Ever since the fish sandwiches came out, I’ve had issues with how my order is made. I remember the second week after they were released, I came inside to order. I asked for a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. The cook actually came from the back to confirm how I wanted it. He explained that the sandwich already comes with two squirts of tartar sauce and asked if I meant an additional two or just one extra. I told him just one extra. That sandwich was made perfectly. You could tell he actually cared about getting it right. Unfortunately, my experiences since then have been the complete opposite. When I ask for extra tartar sauce and extra lettuce, I either get barely any lettuce or an overwhelming amount of tartar sauce. The sandwich ends up sloppy and messy, like someone just dumped sauce on it. No one wants a sandwich that’s basically just fish and tartar sauce. Extra should mean a little more, not double the amount. If the standard is two squirts, then one additional squirt should be enough. Instead, it feels like the order is either ignored or taken to an extreme. Honestly, it sometimes feels like the staff is being funny when customers ask for extra sauce, because the sandwich ends up completely overloaded. That shouldn’t be the experience. At this point, this will be my last time visiting this location. Today I had enough tartar sauce on my sandwich to make another sandwich entirely, and there was barely any lettuce on it. The only time my order was made correctly was when a young African American cook came from the back to personally confirm my order and made the sandwich with care. If he’s not there, the quality clearly isn’t the same. This location really needs to retrain staff on what “extra” actually means and how to properly prepare orders. Also, I came this morning before 10:30 a.m., so the sandwich should have been fresh and made properly. One of the reasons I stopped coming at night is because it seems like the younger staff working in the evenings aren’t paying attention to orders. It often feels like people are just rushing or not taking the time to prepare the food correctly. That’s actually why I decided to come in the morning instead, thinking the quality and attention to detail would be better. Unfortunately, the same issue still happened. 🛑 FIRST REVIEW!!!!!!! This was a very disappointing visit. The same employee who took my order in the drive-thru has gotten my order wrong multiple times, and this time was no different. First, the lettuce on my sandwich was brown and clearly not fresh. As an employee serving customers, would you eat brown lettuce yourself? Not only was brown lettuce put on my sandwich, but when I asked for extra lettuce, I was given a tiny cup with more brown lettuce. Second, the sandwich was extremely sloppy. I did ask for extra tartar sauce and extra lettuce, but the sandwich was drowning in sauce to the point where it was difficult to eat. It was so messy that I had to ask for extra sandwich wrapping paper just so I could transfer my sandwich into a new wrapper and eat it properly. What made the situation even worse is that when I asked for extra paper, I was then given a larger bowl with better-looking lettuce. If fresh lettuce was available, why wasn’t it used on my sandwich in the first place? I ended up remaking my entire sandwich in my car in the drive-thru just to be able to eat it. That should never happen when you’re paying for food. Overall this experience was very disappointing, upsetting, and frustrating. The food quality, preparation, and customer service need serious improvement

Was a little skeptical about this location due prior experience. But we were greeted and welcomed in with a smile, assured our food would be cooked fresh and they didn't disappoint the food was good fresh and the roast beef was plentiful more than we expected the potatoe cakes were fresh and crispy this place is a good place to eat 10/10 definitely will be going back soon.
