  If I could give a score lower than a single star for service I would. Absolutely the most surly, unfriendly and unhelpful server/cashier possible. I get it’s not a great job but if you hate customer service so much do something else.

  No customers at this place and the food horrible. Nothing else to add to all the bad reviews. Please stay away of this place if you are looking for something to eat.

  The clerk taking orders was talking on her phone. The one person making fries and filing orders was going out of order, calling numbers that didn’t match receipts, and even after looking at receipts kept giving people the wrong order. Even compared to the usual slow and generally poor service you come to expect in the Atlanta airport, this location is definitely in the running for worst of the worst.

  This is the worst Arby’s Ive ever eaten!! The fries are being refried and you can taste it!! The roast beef was old but edible! For this to be a restaurant in the busiest airport in America (Atlanta) they need to do so much better and had a nerve to not offer a combo and make me pay $10 for crap ahh food!!! The workers were at least nice, a whole lot nicer than some of the other restaurant workers at the surrounding restaurants

  I wanted to have mozzarella sticks, that‘s why I went here… I bought some fries too. Whilst waiting for my order to be prepared, I saw how dirty this shop is, especially on the floor underneath the food preparing devices. There it was just black. I think, they never cleaned this area before, which is disgusting. And this says a lot to me. Nevertheless I ate the stuff, but it was tasteless to me only.
