    Quiet here. Fries seemed old, overcooked. I got a double, but it looked like the picture of the single. I guess I could tell there were two sets of sliced meat so I didn't bother. Service was maybe protective - bathroom was locked but they got it opened pretty quickly and they put plenty sauce in the bag. And communicated with each other well. Restaurant was clean. But the food is thing that matters soooo.

    Very disappointing experience at this Arby's location. I visited on March 7, 2026 around 6:15 PM. My receipt clearly shows a total of $23.07, but my credit card was charged $27.68. This is an overcharge, and when I tried to call the restaurant to resolve the issue, they hung up the phone instead of helping. That is unacceptable customer service. I have both the receipt and the credit card transaction as proof. Customers should not have to deal with billing errors and then be ignored when trying to fix the problem. I hope the regional manager or corporate office reviews this issue and takes appropriate action to prevent this from happening to other customers.
