  If I could give 0 stars I would. Slow is an understatement. Got to the drive thriugh 1 car in front of us and sat for an hour before the order was taken. Not to mention 20 minutes with no cars paying or receiving food infront of us. Thank you for holding and patience i got 1 time. The only reason I put up with it was they are one of the 3 places open at midnight. I burned more gas sitting than what my meal cost. Not really hut thats the point of how slow this whataburger is. I am now wondering what a burger even is which if thats what the goal was they definitley hit the mark. Over an hiur nothing. And I pull up to the window and an employee is on their phone standing there.

  Been in this dang line for FORTY MINUTES bc it's the only place open right now and we thought it would be better than cookout. NOT EVEN CLOSE. We still haven't even ordered and the currently have no cars at the window waiting for food. I don't know what the heck is happening but this is completely unacceptable and disrespectful.

  Tried to get a plain burger and they asked if that included mustard. I see why. They knew that burger needed some moisture. I haven't had a burger that dry in quite a few years. Well done. The french fries were just shoestring fries that were room temp to cold and can you please tell me how a restaurant from Texas messes up the Dr Pepper mix for the fountain drinks? I've tried 3 different Whataburgers and not one has convinced me it was worth bringing them to Georgia.

  I order a tender meal with a large fry, ketchup and a medium drink. They don’t put ketchup in my bag, they don’t give me my drink with the food, I had to go up and ask for it, and their equivalent of a 3 piece was basically one normal sized tender, and the other two were half the size. Not worth $12 in the slightest. It wasn’t busy, there were maybe 2 other groups of people sitting who already had their orders. They also missed my best friend’s large fry.This is abysmal, lunch ruined, sub par service.

  I read a review that said this was a fast food restaurant. WRONG! My son and I got our food at Cracker Barrel faster than here. The customer in the vehicle ahead of us got tired of waiting and left.
