  As a native Texan who grew up on Whataburger, I am deeply disappointed to see how the service times have deteriorated at these newer stores. While I have known for most of my life that the burgers are made to order, the staffing needs to be drastically improved. I have visited this location several times after college football games and a major concert and the management is apparently oblivious to staffing the restaurant for busy times. Waiting almost an hour or more for a single order is unacceptable! The franchisee needs to be held accountable for this. While I appreciate having a location close to my home, service like this will cause it to close and that would be a shame!

  First time going last night! Wow! The two young gentlemen working were so professional,helpful and had great manners! Yes Keymart and Jakari We’re 10 star employees and in this day and time you don’t see this! Thank you guys! Yes our burgers were delicious we will be back best onion rings!

  I swung by for breakfast and had the honey butter chicken biscuit (which is AMAZING)! I went through the drive through, and spoke with Kayla, who was very upbeat and positive. She even noticed I was driving a jeep and gave me a little duck!! Only $6 for that breakfast meal (including the drink), and I got ducked (which makes every jeepers day)!

  Just went on our weekly milkshake run and got excellent service and even some free Whataburger merch from m some of the staff members. Just want to give a special shout out to Jakari for all his hard work & to (who I believe was the LOD) - she was super sweet and wanted to make sure the rest of the staff got appropriate recognition for all they do, too! I didn’t get her name, but she was great and seemed to be a great leader/coworker to have! The team is lucky to have both of these people 🥰 see y’all next time! 😁😁

  I always have a great experience at Whataburger, and a big part of that was thanks to Ken Shields. From the moment I walked in, Ken demonstrated outstanding customer service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was right and knows my name and order. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from Whataburger and the Breakfast Burger is 🔥🔥🔥—quality you can count on every time. What really stood out, though, was the level of professionalism and positive attitude Ken and his team brought to the experience. They went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and that I felt welcomed. It’s team members like Ken who make a difference and keep customers coming back. Great food is important, but great service takes it to another level—and this visit delivered both. Highly recommend this location, especially if Ken is on shift!
