  always leave this place disappointed, frustrated and just overall pissed off. Service is so slow that you can sit in the drive thru line for 45 minutes (with placing an online order before hand as well) and when you finally get to the speaker you’ll be denied your food and forced to go through the whole process - which is terrible & tedious btw - to get your money back. If it’s not that, you’re getting served past hold time food, without even getting everything that you ordered, along with a terrible attitude from the staff. I know Taco Bell is known for its terrible service however if you had to pic a location to go to I’d say atlanta hwy’s Taco Bell is by far one of the worst. I’ve given this location MULTIPLE chances and everytime I’ve wasted my time.

  midnight 4/23. took me 30 mins in line to finally get my order. when i got up to the window, i saw multiple employees standing around, with one constantly just arguing with another. no wonder one quesadilla took so long

  Awful service. Stood at counter to ask about my mobile order that should’ve been ready 25 minutes ago for 10 minutes. Employees kept looking at me and walking away.

  They are very nice here, and when I come by, it has moved smoothly. Cola is so sweet! She has a great energy and truly wants to give us great service. Very much above and beyond.
