  We have been going to this taco bell since we moved to the east side, ~2 Years ago. Before then our go to Taco Bell was the one on Broad Street, which if you know you know. We were so happy to have a good quality, fast, & delicious Taco Bell near us. Last year we probably spent over $100 dollars a month at this location because we loved it so much. In the last few months quality and speed have declined drastically. On more than 10 occasions we have spent 45 minutes to 1 hour stuck in the drive thru, at varying times of day only for our order to be wrong, missing items, or lacking customization that we payed extra for. I think we are done with this location. At this point we could drive to the Danielsville or Oconne Connector locations and drive back home and it be faster than waiting at this location and our food would actually be right, which is really unfortunate. I hope the manager & franchise owner will take action to make this location a better experience for their customers and bring back the glory days of 2024-2025 Barnett Shoals Taco Bell. 🌮 Live Mas 🔔

  Dumb and slow in every sense, if you can’t handle DoorDash then this company needs to take it off. Also the employees are super snooty here for TACO BELL workers lmao what an utter joke

  Every time I've had to go to this Taco Bell, I spend at least a half an hour in the drive through. I avoid going here at all costs. The only reason I ever visit is for picking up deliveries, and I actively encourage other people not to go here because it's so ridiculously slow. Genuinely awful and unfair to both customers and employees. Hire more people!
