  Subway worker told us to wait till she “fixed the bacon” and stared working on the mobile orders instead of us. After she was done with the mobile orders she took very long to put on her gloves and then began slowly picking a bacon at a time. ( we had already told her what we wanted. She just chose not to do it) Me and my boyfriend were running late and tired of this bullshit so we walked out when she finally said “are yall ready?” We’ll never be coming back.

  Today at 5pm server was very rude and unfriendly, Pushy about what we want on our sandwich, not giving us time to answer in a timely manner

  Made a pickup order at 8:15. It told me to be there at 8:40. I showed up and the lady was moving slow and acting annoyed to be working as I stared at my two sandwiches with still nothing on them. She invited a "previous employee/family member" behind to help her make sandwiches. She didn't say hello to anyone coming in and acted like she would rather be anywhere else. I want someone to contact me and I want an immediate refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's now 8:50 pm and I'm receiving sandwiches made by someone who doesn't work for y'all and not in sanitary attire.

  This place is getting worse. The workers just stand around and look around. Sometimes they're loudly complaining to each other about working there. Takes forever to get a sandwich made. No one cares about customer service here.

  So I went to eat on a Friday nigth at 8pm and it was close. When they supposed to close at 10pm. Ligths out and everything. The lady was cleaning out without any further notice I don't know if store manager is aware of this . But I have to end buying food from xasbys next door
