  I went 4/21 at 11:45 and they had closed early. I know it's late but come on for a sandwich place do you need that long to close? I was really trying not to get there too late. I ended up going to Little Italy for their Italian. It was sooo good, everyone reading this go to little Italy right now!!!! I could have never got the fresh cut vegetables and love in the sandwich like they make it at Little Italy. Plus the sandwiches are sooo much bigger at Little Italy. Next time I'm thinking about jimmy John's I'm gonna go ahead and get the Italian at Little Italy for cheaper. It's only a 3 minute drive down the road.

  This 5 star review is specifically for the service that Pat provided. Jimmy John's is a go-to for me because it's close to my house and delivery has never taken more than 10 minutes in the last 8 years. Now Jimmy John's has decided to use 3rd party delivery (Uber, DoorDash) passing the cost on to the customer instead of paying their own delivery drivers. My delivery today took almost 2 hours. I would have left a bad review, but Pat at the store was extremely understanding and did what he could to remedy the situation. I will no longer be ordering JJ's unless it is delivered by a company driver.

  Whoever made my sub today didn’t care about adding none of the extra ingredients i asked for on the app. It was mostly bread. 😩 Very disappointing. Y’all got me today. Never again
