- DSDavid Smith4 days ago1.0For the high prices you pay for their food you at least think they could get the order right. I ordered a burger and Cajun fries and didn’t get the Cajun fries. I wouldn’t be upset but without the Cajun season the fries are mediocre at best. I’ll just stay at home and pull out the Weber grill next time.

Young males concerned more with their fingernail polish, I suppose. A waste of your money! Take your money to a quality restaurant where they get it right! Hot dogs and hamburgers for steak and sushi prices. Ridiculous!

I never got a confirmation email - which I should have checked- but went to pull it up at 6:00 to go pick up my order and nothing. After getting bounced on the app and the website for 45 mins, I decided to go to the location. I was greeted and told- “Nothing we can do- plus we are out of buns.” I explained no buns was fine, as that’s how I ordered everything anyway. After overcoming that hurdle- there was no way to get the BOGO deal, which the solution was to “owe me” a meal next time. Funny part was- employees that “preordered” left with their meals as I came in and 6 others were eating in the restaurant. Poor planning, poor management, and poor execution.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
