  I am a regular at this Wendy’s and normally have a superb experience which is why I have 2 stars instead of 1—last night was just unacceptable. At 5:00pm I tried to order through the app and it said there was an issue (I’m assuming after everything that happened next they turned their online ordering off) so sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes while no one said anything, I even said hello multiple times. As I drove around the building there was a guy standing there from the drive thru window looking at me like a deer in the headlights. I thought maybe he had been using the restroom and was alone or something so I decided to go inside. There was someone sitting in the back office and no one around the counter,I said hello again and waited a few minutes. All of a sudden the guy who had been looking out the window pops out from the back of the assembly area just casually scrolling on his phone, when he looked up and noticed me he actually jumped back and hid himself like “oops she saw me”. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. If their systems were down or something of the like they simply could have said so — the blatant ignoring me left a foul taste in my mouth and makes me never want to visit this Wendy’s again.

  Terrible service. The person at the counter did not say one word to us. We asked for the total and he wouldn’t say it to us. We were missing an item and he wouldn’t talk to us. Horrible service. The worst I have ever had. 0 stars!!!

  Dont expect them to tell you theyre missing items you ordered if you order on the app. Youll just get all the way home and discover them missing. Thankfully I noticed before I got too far and went back. They replaced the item with something else.

  Haven't been to this wendys since relocating and sadly its absolutely shameful. Food was awful except for 1 order of fries we had to wait for. Burgers were so dried out and nuggets were so fried I'm assuming from heat lamp. Lady working was continuously spraying nasty tables that indeed needed cleaning but she kept walking and only spraying tables literally had the whole side sprayed and sitting cleaner overwhelmingly disgusting. So disappointed I'll spare everyone on the condition of the bathroom. Corporate needs to make a visit
