  I ordered the new $6 meal which included a jr bacon cheeseburger, jr fries and hi c orange drink. my burger was cold, which concluded me to think that somebody returned that burger and then the wendys employees returned it to me. first of all, that is very unsanitary and displeasing to me. why should i have to warm up a fast food burger. if management sees this review please never let this happen again to any customers. its so off putting of a fast food restaurant to be this careless.

  Disgusting place. Staff refused to wear gloves, had non employees in the kitchen, messed up order and cursed us out when we asked for a refund.

  This location has terrible customer service. The employee at the speaker box didn’t greet me. Was very short with her answers & it sounded like she didn’t want to be there & she hated her job just by her tone. Then I proceeded to wait in line for 10-15 mins. I watched 2 people pull out of line because of how long it was taking. I got the same terrible service once I arrived at the window. She did t apologize for my wait. I asked for honey mustard & ketchup. Was told they didn’t have honey mustard, so I asked for ranch & was told the same thing. So I asked what sauce do you have which she said their signature sauce. So I asked for that & she seemed annoyed. Afterwards we’re still staring at each other b/c she still hadn’t given me my ketchup because I know for a fact you have ketchup! That whole interaction made me feel like I was such an inconvenience & annoyance for having her to do her job. Then I was even more annoyed once I got home, which is less than a 5 mins drive, to realized my fries were ice cold. How is it that I waited in line for 10-15 mins just for my fries to be ice cold! Usually if you wait longer than normal for your order at a fast food restaurant, that’s an indicator for a fresh batch of food being dropped. I will never visit this location again.

  Customer service is complete trash, very disrespectful I was so amazed, this interaction I had was with the drive through cashier around 10:30pm Dec 22nd 2025. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK. Thank you
