We asked if we could get the item and she had said that we didn’t order it. She was very rude when we were willing to pay for the item. We also waited forever for our first items and waited even longer for the second. She had told us to pull up when there was nobody behind us and it was only one item. Then we finally walked inside because we waited at least 15 minutes and they hanged us our bag with a very rude look and said nothing. Honestly dissapointing considering the fact it was not busy at all.

When I called them out on it, they got an attitude with me and berated me for not listening. As someone who used to work at a Dairy Queen, I understand the frustration they must have had with me, but harassment was not the play. This is strike two for Taco Bell. Another one, and I am boycotting their restaurants until things get better.
