Told the cashier twice that i did not want sour cream on any of my items and then again at the window - associate inside the store could be heard yelling '' Extra Sour Cream '' at me . . Got back to work and sure enough my food had sour cream on it . . Very bad attitude by Taco Bell employees.

The customer had not said a single word, not moved even, let alone act aggressively, and this worker started yelling at him about how he was being extremely rude by "staring at her" while she was working. She threatened to call the cops on him!!! For standing?!! Every other customer was also waiting in the same area also waiting for their food, but nobody else was being yelled at or threatened. The difference? The customer was black and everyone else was white. The worker was white as well, if that wasn't already obvious. Pink scrunchy, brown hair. The racism was blatantly obvious and revolting. In 2025? Are we serious, Taco Bell? Is this what you stand for now? Not a single move from any of the other workers to stop her either. The man unfortunately tried to defend himself and then stood in shame until his food was ready and he could storm out. This behavior is disgusting and I can't believe this is being tolerated by corporate.
