I’m talking end of days, Mad Max, “we grilled this in the core of the sun” bacon. One strip looked like it had teeth marks, and I’m not sure if they were mine or its. And listen, I get it. Accidents happen. But burnt bacon is one thing. Serving it anyway? That’s a whole new level of culinary nihilism. It’s common knowledge: If the bacon looks like it’s been through a house fire, you don’t put it on anyone’s burger. Especially not when they’re paying actual money and expecting actual food. I didn’t order a burger with “extra regret.” I didn’t ask for “crispy despair.” I just wanted lunch. Sonic, please if the bacon starts to resemble roofing material, maybe don’t serve it to humans.
